Policies

All returns will be honoured with store credit except in the instance of warranty commitments or otherwise previously agreed. All non warranty related returns must be made within 3 working days from date of purchase and must be accompanied by original receipt and packaging. No returns will be accepted for items that have been incorrectly installed or mistreated or packaging damaged (where applicable).

All items must be installed by recognized qualified mechanic or certified automotive electrician to qualify for warranty and used within the manufacturers specifications. All electronic devices must be installed by certified automotive electrician.

Please examine all products before leaving the store. No returns will be accepted for exterior damage found after leaving the store unless due to obvious manufacturer fault. Any previously agreed on non warranty cash returns may result in a 15% restocking fee. All other non warranty items will be returned for store credit unless otherwise agreed upon. Coilover Spring Kits require modification on most vehicles to fit and can only be guaranteed to fit with standard factory shocks.

For items purchased for use on vehicles other than the manufacturers intended application, it is assumed that all necessary fabrication or modification will be carried out by the purchaser.

There will be a $100 charge on all returned cheques.
