What types of parts do you sell?
Currently we only sell new aftermarket upgrade parts for most popular vehicles. At this point we do not sell and type of used parts or OEM replacement parts, many times however damaged parts can be upgraded at a fraction of the cost of buying a replacement stock part from the dealer. Why buy from Redline?
We serve a market driven highly by word of mouth and want to make sure that our customers always have a good experience when buying items from us, since we value them and want to maintain the high standard that we have set for ourselves. On top of this we guarantee to have the best price on items that we sell and offer full support and warranties on our items. If you can find it cheaper at another store we will match or beat their price. Also keep in mind that many persons who special order or sell items under their personal name are not required by law to offer any support or warranty for their products so once sold all of the risk is at the customer.
What are your opening hours?
Currently we have a very small operation which allows us to keep our prices very low and offer personalised service, however this makes it harder to maintain the normal opening hours that many stores use as standard. Our official opening hours are 10:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday and 10:30 - 2:00 on Saturdays. We realise this may be an inconvenience to many of our customers and apologise in advance but try to make up for it by being more flexible in other areas as well as offering a more personalised approach in our method. We also have our number forwarded to a cell service constantly so we can be reached even when out of store even after hours, a service none of our competition offers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we only accept cash, debit card and business cheques. Unfortunately as a result of several bad experiences, acceptance of cheques is at our discretion.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer hire purchase but will allow short term layaway. Also if we are special ordering an item, we will normally only require a 50% deposit and the remainder to be paid upon arrival of the item.
Do you special order items?
Yes we certainly special order items. We order primarily out of the US but have brought items from Europe and some cases from Japan.
Why are your prices lower than everyone else?
Simply because we keep our overheads very low we can pass on our savings to the customer while still maintaining a high quality product and at the same time have a reasonable unserstanding of what constitutes a fair profit.
What if I want to order a rim I dont see on your site or in your store?
We will be happy to source a paticular style rim that will not just fit your vehicle but fit it properly. If we cannot get the exact style you are looking for we may be able to get something closer or offer another suggested alternative.
Do you offer warranties on your items?
Yes of course we do. Not only are we under obligation by law, but we would want to make sure that regardless of what happens the customer always comes out the winner. Therefore once the product has been installed correctly and used for the purpose for which it was intended, we offer varying length warranties depending on the type of product. Even upon expiration of the warranty we will often offer replacements of items at cost or discounts to show our appreciation for our customers support. Naturally we strive to bring only quality products to minimize the chance of a problem in the first place.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on items that have not been installed or opened from the package, and that have been returned in the same condition they were sold in. All items will be returned for store credit unless otherwise agreed upon.
How do I obtain sponsorship for my race car?
We get requests almost daily for sponsorship support. While we would like to be able to offer help to any aspiring racers, the unfortunate reality is that we aer just not able to do so. However we are willing to and have assisted many persons in different ways. You may wish to email or call us or stop by the store to discuss any possible ways we can help.
Do you offer any other automotive services?
Besides retailing parts and free consulation on various automotive matters, we are currently not offering any other services. However this may change in the future so keep checking back to see if we update our products/services.
